Refunds

Cancel any time by writing to support@textlayer.co. We refund the current month in full if you cancel within 14 days of a charge, and pro-rata for any month where the service was unavailable for more than 48 hours due to our fault. Last updated 2026-09-29.

There is no trial period: the card is charged at checkout, and the first month is refunded in full under the rule above if you change your mind within 14 days.

A document you have already opened and saved is yours either way — it is on your own machine, not ours.
